Zendaya x Tommy

Tommy Hilfiger, which is owned by PVH Corp., has tapped 22-year-old actress Zendaya, notable for her role in the upcoming film Spider-Man: Far From Home and The Greatest Showman, to serve as the global women’s brand ambassador for Tommy Hilfiger, as well as star in the label’s Spring 2019 campaign. It has been announced that there will also be a Tommy x Zendaya capsule collection to drop in a see-now-buy-now runway show in February. The collaboration is for one season, with options to continue.

Hilfiger previously collaborated with Gigi Hadid on four capsule collections that were shown in New York (“Tommy Pier”), Los Angeles (“Tommyland”), London (“RockCircus”) and Milan (“Drive”). Using the see-now-buy-now format, the collaborations were highly successful for the firm and generated huge spikes in traffic and billions of social media impressions. Before that, Winnie Harlow and Hailey Baldwin served as his brand ambassadors too.

The partnership with Zendaya reflects Hilfiger’s continued vision to collaborate with those who share the brand’s spirit and values of breaking conventions and celebrating diversity.
