
Nollywood actor Yul Edochie has expressed disappointment at celebrities that yield to public pressure and take down posts considered inappropriate by fans on social media.
Yul who has generated a lot of controversy after coming public as a polygamist and showing love publicly for his second wife Judy Austin, expressed surprise as to why celebrities feel pressured by fans who are just as human as they are.
The thespian believes people are entitled to their opinion but that does not mean obligation to please them especially to the celebrity’s detriment.

“I see some celebrities who drop comments on a post & when they get attacked or insulted by trolls they rush & delete their comments,’’ Yul said.
He went on to question if public figures are scared of fans, noting:
“Excuse me? You dey fear your fellow human being? You should be ashamed of yourself if you’re scared of your fellow human being. You’re not here to please anyone. You’re entitled to your opinion, as long as you’re not insulting anyone.”
Continuing, Yul advised his fellow stars to post more aggravating posts if their fans are triggered by them:
“If you drop a comment and trolls come for you, drop 20 more comments. Tell dem, DIA FADA.”
