Grammy awards nominee, Yemi Alade fondly called Mama Africa has called out media outlets for blacklisting her songs.
In a lengthy post on microbogging platform, X, Yemi Alade expressed her frustration and recalled how the issues between her and the media outlets – Clout Africa and Cool FM began.
She disclosed that the media outlets began blacklisting her because she couldn’t attend their even in December.
Yemi further stated she reached out to them and apologized. However, they had other plans.
She tweeted,
“My God, BIG PASS YOUR WHOLE station @cloutafrica @CoolFMNigeria , keep on forming gate keepers and taking my songs down. NA GOD BE MY LABEL AND MANAGEMENT, we go meet for front. Fake people wey dey feel like small gods.
Me, I no dey find trouble O. But @CoolFMNigeria and @cloutafrica with their Ogas that like operation ….. life is a marathon, not a sprint. Shine your eyes
