The year 2016 would never be forgotten in the music industry for the fact that Nigeria music industry broke the boundaries between international artistes and local artistes. Our own Wizkid has taken the world by storm as the just concluded MTV MAMA 2016 saw Nigerian artistes as the most promising artistes to have emerged from Africa. With top international collaborations and amazing hit songs, this is the biggest year for WizKid. Finally he wins the artiste of the year at MTV MAMA Awards last night held in Johannesburg South Africa setting a pace for others to follow. The world is certainly waiting for what’s next for WizKid.
