The booming friendship between Afrobeat singer, Davido and celebrity barman, Pascal Chibuike Okechukwu better known as Cubana Chief Priest has turned sour overnight.
The pair, who were extremely close and admired by numerous people for their strong bond, caused a stir by unfollowing each other on the photo-sharing platform, Instagram.
According to blogger, Stella Dimorkorkokus, the best friends fell out after Cubana Chief Priest made a disrespectful comment about Davido’s late son, Ifeanyi Adeleke in front of the latter and his wife, Chioma.
Stella said in part:
“David and his friend Cubana chief priest have unfollowed each other on Instagram and are presently not in talking terms over alleged disrespect over a statement the Chief priest allegedly made regarding late Ifeanyi Adeleke.
“According to sources, the statement Cubana Chief Priest made was disrespectful, very careless and insensitive and made Chioma and Davido weep painful tears.”
Shedding more light on the beef, controversial blogger, Gistlovers disclosed that Cubana Chief Priest had called Davido to congratulate him on the news of his alleged pregnancy with baby mama, Amanda.
While speaking with Davido, Cubana allegedly mentioned that he wished the baby would be a boy so he replace Chioma’s late son, Ifeanyi.

It is worth noting that Davido since the death of his son has been cutting ties with his inner circle ranging from Eniola Badmus to Ubi Franklin and now Cubana Chief Priest.
