Vivienne Tam’s Milestone: 30 Years of Style Unveiled at Paris Fashion Week!

Vivienne Tam, the renowned fashion designer known for her East-meets-West aesthetic, is set to commemorate her remarkable three-decade-long career with a high-profile fashion show during Paris Fashion Week. This much-anticipated event will not only celebrate the longevity of Tam’s brand but also serve as a testament to her influence and innovation in the global fashion industry.

After studying fashion in Hong Kong, Tam, a native of Hong Kong, started her career in the U.S. and created the company in New York in 1994.

The 60th anniversary of diplomatic ties between China and France, two nations that have played major roles in the history of the house and Tam’s personal journey, falls on the same day as Tam’s arrival in Paris.

Tam’s well-known Mao Suit is featured at the Metropolitan Museum of Art’s Costume Institute “Women Dressing Women” exhibition. It is also showing at the “Fashion San Francisco” showcase at the De Young Museum in San Francisco.

Over the years Tam’s designs have been worn by such celebrities as Julia Roberts, Taylor Swift, Lady Gaga, Jessica Alba, Serena Williams, First Lady Jill Biden, Michelle Yeo and Gong Li, among others.

As she takes center stage once again on one of the world’s most prestigious fashion platforms, Tam reaffirms her position as a trailblazer and trendsetter whose visionary creations continue to captivate fashion connoisseurs around the globe.
