Nigerian Singer, Daniel Benson popularly known as Buju but now goes by BNXN has revealed why he got into an online beef with Ruger.
During a recent interview with Naija FM, he revealed that his senior colleague, Timaya was the sole reason he replied Ruger.

Speaking with Naija FM presenters, BNXN revealed it was after he saw Ruger’s tweet that he understood what Burna Boy and Wizkid had been telling him about hatred in the music industry.
He added that it was Timaya who even urged him to respond to Ruger’s tweet while tagging it as disrespectful.

GLAMSQUAD recall that the duo got into a messy online beef after a fan of BNXN compared Ruger to him.
The fan stated that Ruger was way beneath him.
The tweet which didn’t sit well with Ruger prompted a reply from him.

Ruger outlined some reasons Buju isn’t better or bigger than him, one of which is due to the fact that his songs trend and go viral without him featuring anyone, unlike BNXN who usually features a lot of outstanding artists such as Timaya, Wizkid and so on.
BNXN who wasn’t pleased with this slammed Ruger mercilessly also.
