Victor Osimhen of the Super Eagles has been named the Globe Soccer Award’s 2022 Emerging Player, glamsquad reports.

Osimhen was awarded the award in November, despite the fact that he was not present at the ceremony to accept it.
On Wednesday night, the star forward posted a photo of himself receiving the award and expressed his gratitude to the organizers and supporters.

Osimhen has been one of the most talked-about players in Serie A this season, scoring 10 goals in 13 league appearances for Napoli.
