In what happens to be a first in the history of the United State of America and the world in general, two ‘Presidential daughters” have stood up for one of their own against the media and against the world.
When photos of Malia Obama, daughter of immediate past president of the United States, Barrack Obama, who is currently a fresher at Harvard, smoking in a bathroom hit the media, all hell broke loose.
Words flew left, right and center……but defense came from the most unlikely sources.
Ivanka Trump stood out for Malia and tweeted:
“Malia Obama should be allowed the same privacy as her school-aged peers. She is a young adult and private citizen, and should be OFF limits.”
After her tweet, Chelsea Clinton, daughter of Bill and Hillary Clinton showed support also, by tweeting:
“Malia Obama’s private life, as a young woman, a college student, a private citizen, should not be your clickbait. Be better,” Clinton tweeted.
