Nollywood actress Tonto Dike has reacted to Jane Mena’s pettiton against her for cyberstalking and criminal defamation of character.
Tonto Dike Who took to her Instagram page to address the issue, clearly stated that the sex tape of the dancer and social media influencer exists.
Tonto’s post were as follows:
“If I say that your sex tape exist, I say it again and again child, you can’t be begging me behind the scene to save your marriage and begging me to see for an appointment to explain yourself, and then come with a petition. Am not as dumb as your boyfriend, so I wouldn’t be releasing your tape nor your call a week ago.
See you in Court.”
Glamsquad Magazine recalled that Janemena asked an immediate retraction of Tonto Dikeh’s social media posts, as well as publication of the retraction in four Nigerian national daily, in her appeal. She further demanded that the actress apologize without reservation and pay her N500,000 000(Five Hundred Million Naira) in exemplary damages for the defamatory publications.
Tonto would face legal action if she does not comply with Janemena’s demands within one month of receiving the petition, according to Janemena’s lawyer.
From Tonto’s latest Instagram post, It’s obvious that Mena has been trying to reach out to Tonto behind the sence to dissolve the issue at hand, but the Nollywood actress seems adamant and she is grounded, all set to meet in court.
