Tiwa Savage bares all out in this emotional interview as she breaks her silence on the events that have been going since two days ago. In a video interview she granted to Pulseng, the singer affirms that her husband Teebillz account wasn’t hacked and that he actually was suicidal.
She talks about how she and Teebillz’ marriage has been in trouble and she had to move out of the house two months ago. The singer talks about how her husband has mistreated her and how she has been trying to hide it from the public what sort of man he is.
Tiwa talks here about an incidence that hurt her; while she was hospitalized in Jamaica, her husband was having conjugal relationship with a girl in a hotel in Nigeria and she got to find out when she came back. The singer also tells us why she fired him as her manager, how he was stealing from her.
On his accusations of her sleeping with Don Jazzy, Dr Sid and Tuface she breaks into tears saying Tunji knows in his heart that she has never cheated on him. All through the interview you can see she has been holding back tears until it got to the point she couldn’t hold back anymore. This must be the sort of thing she was going through on the regular.
She talks about how he was always putting them in debt via living an expensive lifestyle that is larger than their earnings. That she used to get a lot of threats from those he owed. This leads to the revelation that he she has caught him using cocaine and that he has alcohol problems. She also finally puts the nail on the coffin by claiming he is jealous of her success. She denies allegations that he beats her but accepted emotional abuse and she announces the marriage is over. In all she says she wants him to get better and she would always pray for him.
