Yul Edochie, a Nollywood star, has described how he was chastised by fans after posting a picture of popular cross-dresser, Bobrisky, on his Instagram page, glamsquad reports.

Edochie’s fans stormed the comment section of a video posted on his YouTube channel on Saturday, accusing him of having a romantic relationship with the controversial cross-dresser.
The actor bemoaned the level of discrimination meted out to people like Bobrisky, claiming that they, too, were created by God and should be treated equally with others.
“Earlier this year, I wished Bobrisky a happy birthday with his picture posted on my Instagram page,” he explained. Then my page literally blew up and caught fire.
“By the time I returned, I had received thousands of messages on the post, and my DM was inundated with messages.” Someone actually DM’d me and said I’m sleeping with Bobrisky. Simply because I wished him a happy birthday on my Facebook page.
“Someone even called and asked me to remove the post. Some even told me about how God destroyed Sodom and Gomorrah. Are you the Almighty? Was it God’s will for you to destroy Sodom and Gomorrah?
“Stop passing judgment on people; you are not God.” Bobrisky, like everyone else, is a human being. Why do we discriminate against individuals? All of this should be stopped. God said to love your neighbor as you love yourself. Nigerians take a break.”
