The Best Dressed, Giannis, Messi + All The Big Winners At 2019 ESPYS Awards

World-renowned athletes and celebs alike graced one of the world’s biggest sports awards when the 2019 ESPYS rolled into town yesterday.

An ESPY Award (short for Excellence in Sports Performance Yearly Award) is an accolade currently presented by the American broadcast television network ABC to recognize individual and team athletic achievement and other sports-related performance during the calendar year. ESPY Award winners are chosen through voting by fans, sportswriters, broadcasters, sports executives, and sportspersons, collectively experts; or ESPN personalities.

The 2019 ESPYS, which took place at the Microsoft Theatre in Los Angeles, was hosted by Tracy Morgan. Sports stars and their Hollywood friends took to the event in the kind of style we’ve come to expect from major awards!

From Gabrielle Union and Dawyne Wade to Ciara and Russell Wilson, here are some of the best-dressed stars at the 2019 ESPYs

Style aside and onto the purpose of the event; among the big winners of the night was Greek-Nigerian Giannis Antetokounmpo of the Milwaukee Bucks who won the Best NBA Player award and the Best Athlete award and Barcelona talisman Lionel Messi who won the Best International Soccer Player award.
