The 2018 amfAR Cannes Gala held during the 2018 Cannes Film Festival at Hotel du Cap-Eden-Roc on Thursday (May 17) in Cap d’Antibes, France.

The annual event raises funds for life-saving research programs for the fight against AIDS.
Models Adriana Lima, Alessandra Ambrosio, Barbara Palvin, Cindy Bruna, Elsa Hosk, Georgia Fowler, Izabel Goulart, Jordan Barrett, Karolina Kurkova, Heidi Klum, Lais Ribeiro, Lara Stone, Maria Borges, Natasha Poly, Oliver Ripley, Petra Nemcova, Sara Sampaio, Toni Garrn, Winnie Harlow were also at the event.
Nigeria’s leading Cinema chain FilmHouse cinemas on Wednesday, May 16 held the premiere of Marvel’s latest blockbuster Deadpool 2 at Film House Lekki, Lagos.
The glamorous event which had celebrities and movie lovers in attendance was sponsored by Coca-cola and Airtel.
Directed by David Leitch Deadpool sequel brings back Ryan Reynolds, Stefan Kapicic, Brianna Hildebrand and Karan Soni. Other actors include Josh Brolin, Zazie Beetz, Morena Baccarin, Julian Dennison amongst others.
