Nigerian singer, song writer and fast rising talent is a stunner when it comes to her personal style. Whether performing on stage, making an appearance or walking a Red carpet, Temi’s style is nothing short of captivating as she stamps her personal style on everything she does.
Not one to conform to standards or trends, Temi’s style is a delicious mix of vintage, avant-garde, bohemian and modern trend. Her love for retro fashion from the 60’s and 70’s form the basis of her personal styling; from the choice of her clothing to her accessorising.
One of Temi’s signature styles is her love for head pieces. It could be a retro hat, a fascinator or a beret. To be honest, I wouldn’t say I’ve seen anyone who rocks a head piece more or better than Temi does it.
She also has a signature way of wearing her hair; with side bangs all rolled up and pinned by the side in old retro fashion; or wearing retro curls. Never being one to experiment with hair colours, black is the statement hair colour and hey, that’s fine by me.
Her choice of handbags is somewhat eclectic and makes her stand out from the crowd.
In my books, Temi registers as a style icon and I hope she keeps it as undiluted as ever, serving us with delicious wardrobe ensembles that we can’t help but take a second look.
