Instablog9ja posted a video of the artist teasing a traffic hawker with a $100 bill while purchasing items from him.
In a video, the artist is seen tempting a traffic vendor with $100, then withdrawing the money and presenting him a naira note instead.
Skiibii’s antics have generated fury among cybernauts, who have condemned him.
Some speculated that this was the catalyst for Davido’s recent post about the wealthy demeaning the poor.
