Shirley Frimpong Manso, Revered Ghanaian filmmaker, announced her latest feature film titled ’A Husband For Daddy’. A movie that will be exclusively premiered on Ghana’s first online cinema ’Moovee’.
The partnership was announced over the weekend with Shirley promising to hit set with a list actors including Jackie Appiah, Yvonne Okoro, John Dumelo, Kofi Adjorlolo, James Gardiner and more.
Jackie Appiah and Yvonne Okoro are sisters who have been asked by their father Kofi Adjorlolo to fulfil his last wish by finding potential suitors for him to bless before he can share his properties between them. The two ladies were met with several challenges in the quest of meeting their father’s wishes and required type of man for him to approve.
Shirley has an impressive catalogue of rich movies that have fetched her several awards with Ghana and other parts of the world, this movie is seen as an upgrade in her work to still maintain her market leader role among her peers.
