Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs Indicted On Sex Trafficking, Racketeering, Other Charges: The well-known music mogul Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs has been charged with three major offences: prostitution trafficking, racketeering, and transportation to engage in prostitution.
The indictment, unsealed on Tuesday by prosecutors in the Southern District of New York, describes Combs as the head of a “criminal enterprise” that allegedly engaged in the abuse, coercion, and exploitation of women for years.
According to the indictment, Combs, 54, is accused of running a criminal enterprise that included forced labour, kidnapping, arson, bribery, and obstruction of justice.
Prosecutors also claim that Combs’ business employees helped him commit these crimes.
His lawyer, Marc Agnifilo, however, said they were “disappointed with the decision to pursue what we believe is an unjust prosecution”

It is expected that Combs will appear in a federal courthouse in Manhattan later on Tuesday for an arraignment.
His arrest in Manhattan followed a raid on two of his properties in Los Angeles and Miami in March, which was said to be a part of an “ongoing investigation” into sex trafficking.
The indictment marks a significant development in the case against Combs, who has long been a towering figure in the music industry, but now faces serious allegations that could potentially dismantle his career and legacy.
The prosecution’s case is expected to delve into the details of the alleged criminal activities and the extent to which Combs’ business empire was involved.
