The 30th annual SAG Awards began up tonight at the Shine Auditorium and Expo Hall in Los Angeles. This year’s gala celebrates the greatest film and television performances of 2023, as chosen by Screen Actors Guild members.

Top awards season contenders attended the event, including Emma Stone, Lily Gladstone, and Cillian Murphy. The best-dressed stars of the night were those who embraced a sense of risk-taking and humor on the red carpet—after all, the SAG Awards place significantly less fashion pressure on guests than the Golden Globes or the impending Oscars.
Founded in 1995, the Screen Actors Guild Awards solicit votes from members of the SAG-AFTRA union, which includes over 119,000 performers across the film and television industry. At the 30th annual ceremony, Barbra Streisand will receive the Life Achievement Award.
