Ruth Kadiri, a popular Nollywood actress and producer, has taken to Instagram to demonstrate through an experiment the potency of a face mask in preventing coronavirus.
The actress recorded a video of herself putting a face mask under a running tap to fill it with water.
The water filled the mask but didn’t leak from the other side.
“Wear your mask, it works. See? The water ain’t dropping. No damn corona is gonna touch us.”
Infected people spread viral particles whenever they talk, breathe, cough, or sneeze. The face mask protects healthy people from breathing in the droplets released by an infected person.
