Orion Story and Daya Betty have been evicted in a gag worthy split season premiere in the on going Rupaul’s Drag Race season 14.
RuPaul’s Drag Race’s fourteenth season premiered on January 7, 2022.
Season 14 casting calls will begin in November 2020.
On December 2, 2021, Symone, the season 13 winner, announced the cast on VH1.
In the United States, the competition is broadcast on VH1 and features 14 new queens competing for the title of “America’s Next Drag Superstar.” The season debut drew 738,000 viewers, the most for a season premiere since Season 10.

Maddy Morphosis, the show’s first straight, cisgender male contender since its inception in 2009, joins the cast this season.
Kornbread “The Snack” Jeté won the first premiere episode and June Jambalaya and Orion Story were in the bottom. June won the Lip Sync for your life battle while Orion Story was evicted (Sashayed away).
Angeria Paris Van Michaels won the second split premiere, while DeJa Skye and Daya Betty were in the bottom. Deja won the lipsync.
In the first episode, the workroom welcomes seven new queens. They learn that this season’s premiere will be split. The queens will conduct a photoshoot while strapped to a spinning wheel for the first mini-challenge. The mini-challenge is won by Kerri Colby. The queens must put on a talent presentation in front of the judges for the major challenge.

- June Jambalaya – African dance
- Kerri Colby – Jump rope/lip-syncing
- Kornbread “The Snack” Jeté – Original song
- Orion Story – Comedy skit
- Willow Pill – Self-care in quarantine
In the second episode, The other seven queens make their way into the workroom. The queens will do a photoshoot in a huge bowl filled with tic-tacs for the mini-challenge. The mini-challenge is won by Angeria Paris VanMichaels. The queens must put on a talent presentation in front of the judges for the major challenge.
