Rihanna stuns with glamorous baby bump at the 2023 Oscar Awards

Pregnant superstar, Rihanna brings maternity fashion to a new level at the 95th Academy Awards as she showed off her unique flair on the red carpet, wearing a sheer getup with a leather halter top and train.

The mother of one Nine-time GRAMMY winner is in for a big night as she earns her first Academy Award nomination and prepares to take the stage for a live performance.

Her Oscar-nominated single “Lift Me Up” from the Black Panther: Wakanda Forever soundtrack will be featured in her highly anticipated performance.

Nigerian songstress, Temilade Openiyi better known as Tems, Ludwig Göransson, Rihanna, and Wakanda Forever director Ryan Coogler collaborated to write the song as a moving tribute to Chadwick Boseman, who portrayed the iconic role of King T’Challa or Black Panther.

The Oscar-winning team’s composition, “Lift Me Up,” is a touching eulogy to Boseman, who passed away at the age of 43 on 28th August 2020 following a four-year battle with colon cancer.

After a six-year break, Rihanna released “Lift Me Up,” which signalled the start of a new chapter in her illustrious career, just as she is about to become a mother of two. The single received a Golden Globe nomination for Best Original Song (Motion Picture) but lost to “Naatu Naatu” from RRR.
