Awards season ramps up Sunday night with the 77th Golden Globes.
Did you know this was the 77th edition of the golden Gloves Awards? Well, we just told you!
The Golden Globes honor the best in television and film.
The award recipients are chosen by the Hollywood Foreign Press Association, which is comprised of entertainment journalists from around the world.
Ricky Gervais hosted the show for a fifth time.
