It’s no surprise that Yul Edochie attended Pastor Odumeje’s church, as he has long been a fan of the clergyman. Back in November 2022, Yul revealed that Odumeje had promised to bestow upon him his highest power. He humorously warned Nigerians to brace themselves for 2023, claiming he would receive power from the controversial pastor and soon “shut down Nigeria” with it.
Earlier this year, Yul Edochie embraced his spiritual calling and launched his own online ministry, The Salvation Ministry. Initially met with skepticism, many believed it was just a publicity stunt. However, Yul proved his commitment when he held his first online service on Sunday, January 28th, sharing the story of how God called him.
During one of his services, Yul caused a stir when he stated that God had chosen him because of his stubbornness. He confessed that, while he didn’t fully understand all the reasons behind his divine calling, he was certain his stubbornness played a significant role. In June, Yul took a break from his ministry to focus on his spiritual growth.
He explained that during this period, God guided him on a transformative journey, revealing profound insights that prepared him for his work as a preacher.
