Quavo, a 30-year-old Migos rapper, and his crew have been taken to court for allegedly assaulting a limo driver in Las Vegas on July 3.
Quavo and his crew were unhappy with the driver because he left someone else from their party behind when he picked them up from a club to transport them back to the Virgin hotel, according to court documents obtained by TMZ.
According to the lawsuit, the anonymous driver attempted to reason with Quavo and his friends, but they began shouting at him before assaulting him. He was allegedly attacked and kicked in front of hotel workers and security, who did not attempt to assist, according to the driver.
The driver further stated that the alleged assault caused him physical and mental agony, as well as disfigurement.
This is coming months after a shocking footage of Quavo getting into a physical altercation in an elevator with his then-girlfriend, rapper Saweetie, was leaked online.
