New York rapper Sean Combs who we know by many names such as Puff Daddy, Diddy and Puffy still holds the number one spot on the wealthiest hip hop artist list. But he now has some real competition.

Jay Z’s fortune has jumped 30% in the past year after a $200 million investment from Sprint reportedly put the valuation of his music-streaming service, Tidal, at $600 million, more than 10 times what he paid for the company two years ago.

Which rapper will hit billionaire status first? Hard to say. Diddy has a lucrative Cîroc vodka deal with Diageo, while Jay Z augments his portfolio with a champagne brand, Armand de Brignac, and a growing entertainment company, Roc Nation.

Dr. Dre isn’t too far behind. Though the rapper fell to No. 3 with $740 million, his wealth continues to grow with his lucrative Beats by Dre deal with Apple. Birdman follows Dre with $110 million, and Drake rounds out the top-5 list with $90 million. Drizzy’s highly successful Views and More Life albums added a lot of dough to his bank account, in addition to his partnerships with mega-brands like Apple and Nike.
