Mr. Ibu, a popular actor, has revealed that he was poisoned by the same person who helped him in the past, glamsquad reports.

He spoke during a conversation with glamsquad
Following the unfortunate incident, Ibu stated that he is now more skeptical of people.
The actor revealed that he is still fighting the poison because some of it is still in his body.

He stated:
“These days, I am usually skeptical because I later discovered that it was someone I had previously helped (who poisoned me).”
“If it hadn’t been for God, the outcome would have been disastrous.” I am still being treated somewhere in Guzape, Abuja, as I speak with you.”
Mr. Ibu also emphasized the importance of the government ensuring the safety and well-being of actors and filmmakers:
“I expect the federal government to take action on this.” We (actors) are serving the government whether we like it or not. We make films for the benefit of the general public. If the government wants to protect us better, they can.
