Nigerian singer and the second duo of music group Psquare, Peter Okoye, also known as Mr P has broken his silence amidst the ongoing feud with his twin brother Paul Okoye.

Peter, who has been keeping a low profile for months, took to his Instagram page to share a picture of himself on stage, accompanied by a message to his fans. He referred to himself as Mr. P, his solo stage name, he acknowledged the saying that diamonds are forever and asked his fans to be patient.

It appears that the singer has new solo music or an album on the way for his fans.

“Diamonds, dey say, are forever. Dear Mr P’s fans, pls be patient”.

Fans of Nigerian singer and the second half of the famous music group Psquare, Peter Okoye, have weighed into his ongoing beef with his twin brother.

It is no longer news that the twin brothers have fallen out again, barely two years after their reconciliation.

Peter, who has been maintaining a low profile for months, shared a photo of him on stage with a message to his fans. Addressing himself as Mr P, his solo stage name, he noted how people say diamonds are forever as he appealed to his fans to be patient. It seems like the singer has a new solo music or album coming soon for his fans.

Glamsquad recalls that in 2023, controversial blogger, Stella Dimokokorkus alleged that there were issues between the Psquare brothers and their elder brother, Jude Okoye, due to accusations of Jude diverting joint funds.

According to an insider, a company expressed interest in acquiring the Psquare music catalogue, which led to the revelation of various financial secrets. Dimokokorkus also claimed that the EFCC became involved in the matter and that Jude Okoye was detained by the agency.

In July 2023, another Instagram blogger, Cutie Juls alleged that Paul Okoye and his elder brother, Jude Okoye, had been arrested by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC).

Paul later confirmed the incident on his Instagram page by celebrating his clearance by the commission. He emphasized that he wasn’t a thief and had earned his money through good music. The singer also announced his return to the studio, promising new releases soon.

In a recent interview, Paul opened up about his relationship with his twin brother, Peter, revealing that it was Peter who had them and their older brother, Jude, arrested by the EFCC in December 2023. After a thorough investigation, Paul was declared innocent of all the allegations. He also confirmed that Peter was responsible for Jude’s arrest as well.
