Food is life so I won’t even try to lie to you saying you will stop your craving for junk food immediately.

But there is a way you can be able to control it and before you know it, you will actually stop.

1. Always Have A Ready to Go Meal

Its always good to have a ready to go meal like something you can eat later on.

In most cases you feel the urge to eat junk when ever you go to work or school and its lunch time, most especially if you do not have any meal with you.

2. Get What You Need When Grocery Shopping

When going for grocery shopping, I know you kind of feel the urge to get a few bangles for the road but you shouldn’t! Avoid that area in the store.

3. Try Something New

Bored of eating the same type of food? That’s why you keep going to junk? Well then do something new! If you only eat fried fish try tuna or if you haven’t tried eating your rice with sauce then make it.
