Aspiring run way models in their hundreds stormed the newly built Linda Ikeji Media House in Lekki phase 1 on Saturday, September 10th 2016 for the Isis Modeling Agency organized Nigeria’s Next Super Model Audition.
The audition, which was scheduled to start 10am, didn’t commence until about 12pm due to the heavy down pour which lasted for hours.
Models came in from different agencies like Isis models, Beth Models, Modela, Pillars and Pride, Xa Models and a host of other hopeful freelancers who had to travel from different state for the audition.
The audition’s judges were Africa’s top renown Uchenna the stylist, Andre, Nadia and the organizer of the search the CEO of Isis modeling agency Joan Okorodudu who were quite fair with the models as they opened up to some who were not caught for the modeling career due to their body physique and height that they could try other fields in the industry like make-up, fashion design and styling giving them an option to enroll for a free skills acquisition training with the agency.
A lot of fashion celebrities like Denrele Edun, Beverly Osu, Sarah Ofilli, Stella Ogbunna, Mr Adore Photographer, CEO of Ashila Roxin, Cynthia Abdulahi NNSM 2013 winner, CEO of the emerging brand Enjoy Lagos and a host of others turned up as the models took pictures with their celebrities and role models in the industry.
At the end of the audition which lasted almost an entire day, only a few were chosen as some were selected amongst the plus size models for the Africa International Fashion and Designers Week.
