Fashion mogul Toyin Lawani has, however, revealed why the Nigerian movie industry cannot employ talents like herself for their costumes.
Toyin Lawani said this in a comment on her Instagram post after an IG user wondered why she has not been the costumes plug for the industry.

Giving a reply, the self-acclaimed king of fashion implied that the players in Nigerian movie industry cannot afford her services, skills and craft as money is a problem for them. “money is a problem 😂“, she wrote.
