#NigeriaDecidesElection2023: Peter Obi defeats Tinubu in Lagos

As the tension builds up on who the next president of Nigeria will be, Labour party has won other parties in the whole of Lagos City. As reported by the results, Obi received 582,664 votes while Tinubu received 541,850.

Obi defeated Tinubu with the majority of the state’s votes polled, despite the fact that the APC candidate won more local government districts.

The 20 local governments’ final results have all been released. Tinubu triumphed in 11 local governments, while Obi triumphed in 9.
