The now-39-year-old victim, who claimed for decades that she was afraid of telling her story, accused Nick of leaving “bruises” on her body during the 2001 incident on his tour bus.

Shannon “Shay” Ruth, 42, is suing Nick for sexual battery, according to court documents obtained by Page Six.

She claimed Nick invited her to his tour bus after a concert in Tacoma, Washington, while she was waiting in an autograph line.

When Nick asked Ruth if she wanted a drink, she said she asked for apple juice, but he allegedly told her he had cranberry juice, giving her a “red-colored drink.”

She claimed that the drink, dubbed “VIP juice” by Nick, tasted bad, but she drank it despite the fact that she was underage and didn’t want to. She now thinks it was a combination of alcohol and cranberry juice.

She claimed Nick forced her to perform oral sex on him in the bus bathroom. She claimed she was crying throughout the ordeal, but he persisted. She then described Nick taking her to a bus bed and assaulting her, and after the incident, she allegedly said she’d tell people about what he did.

According to the document, he threatened to turn people against her and that they would not believe her, calling her a “r******d little bitch.” The alleged victim, who was a virgin at the time, claimed she contracted HPV as a result of the incident. She is suing for monetary compensation for the alleged crime.
