Colin Kaepernick and his wife, Nessa Diab, are now parents, glamsquad reports.

Diab, a radio host and TV personality, announced on Sunday night, August 28, that the couple, who have been dating since 2015, had their first child together.
The proud mother captioned a photo of the new family in a hospital bed:
I deliberated long and hard about sharing our life-altering news today. I decided to do so because today is the first day in a few weeks that I have gone to work with a new title – MOM!
Colin and I recently welcomed our wonderful baby into the world, and we are overjoyed with our growing family.
Recovering from childbirth has been a journey (more on that later), and I wasn’t going to share anything because this is sooooo personal to us, and I realized I’m a total mama bear! Colin is the most amazing father, and I’m so grateful that he is by our side every step of the way.
I know that sharing this allows me to connect with you in unexpected ways. Already, my conversations and life experiences have shifted. And my world has grown even bigger because of our sweet little baby, who has taught me to love in ways I never knew possible.

The former NFL player and his longtime girlfriend did not reveal the gender of their child.
Kaepernick, a free-agent NFL quarterback who has been out of the league since 2016, spent six seasons with the 49ers before opting to kneel during the national anthem.
In 2017, Kaepernick sued the NFL, alleging that owners were conspiring to keep him from playing. He later reached a non-disclosure agreement with the NFL. In May, the 34-year-old worked out with the Las Vegas Raiders.
