Calling all Nas fans! We’ll finally be getting the rapper’s new album very soon.
In a recent interview with The New York Times, Nas explained that he was still finding the best beats for his upcoming project. He was asked when exactly it will be finished. “Two weeks,” he told the well-respected publication, while poking fun at his album’s deadlines. “I always say I’m two weeks away from finishing.”
Nas continued: “We coming this summer, baby! It’s going to be a hot summer up here, man!” Last year, Khaled released a single off of his Major Key album called “Nas Album Done,” which had Nas rapping about finally finishing up his project and gifting it to the world soon. However, 2016 came and went — and no album was in sight.
It looks like it’ll finally be released later this month.
