Mr Macaroni calls out Governor Sanwo-Olu over bad roads in Lagos State 

 

Skit maker and actor, Debo Adedayo, better known as Mr Macaroni called out the Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu over the poor condition of the roads in a Lagos State.

In a post on his X page, Mr Macaroni advised the governor to take a drive around the state if he is not busy welcoming President Bola Tinubu from his international trips.

The human rights activist highlighted the dangerous potholes littering the roads, warning that they pose serious accident risks with the potential to endanger lives and property. He further questioned why the government is jeopardizing the safety of Lagos residents.

He urged the governor to take immediate action. Mr. Macaroni’s tweet sparked mixed reactions, with some netizens rallying behind him, while others criticized his approach. He wrote:

One of these days when you are not too busy with the very serious task of going to the Airport in Abuja to welcome Mr President from an International trip, kindly take a drive around Lagos roads and let us know why the government continues to risk the lives of Lagosians.

There are potholes on the roads causing accidents that are capable of destroying lives and properties. Do better?.”
