‘It is with sadness and emotion that I inform you that Bruno passed away yesterday,’ his official Facebook account stated.

Bruno was a wonderful, kind, and generous man. He always had that bright smile that warmed our hearts. A one-of-a-kind and incredible talent. Along with Michael Jackson, he will be remembered as the greatest dancer of all time. We are all thinking of Bruno’s family and sending our love to them. Bruno “Pop N’ Taco” Falcon reigns supreme.’

Diana Wolgamott, his sister, told TMZ on Sunday that she believes he died of a heart attack.

Over the course of their 16-year collaboration in Captain EO (1986), Moonwalker (1988), and his 69-date Dangerous Tour, Bruno taught Micheal Jackson popping, waving, gliding, and animation techniques (1992-93).

Falcon has also appeared in music videos for Lionel Richie’s All Night Long, Chaka Khan’s I Feel For You, and Klymaxx’s Meeting in the Ladies Room – a song that was hilariously parodied by Saturday Night Live in 2019.

In 1991, the Mexican-American choreographer appeared in Breakin’, its sequel Breakin’ 2: Electric Boogaloo, and Bill & Ted’s Bogus Journey.
