Mercy Aigbe is a Nigerian actress, producer, fashion designer, and entrepreneur. Her Yoruba indigenous films are her most well-known works.
Mercy Aigbe was born in Edo State to Pa Aigbe and Mrs Abisola Grace Owodunni on January 1, 1978. She was born in Benin, the capital of the Edo State. She is the second of five children in her family.
She attended St. Francis Primary School and Maryland Comprehensive Secondary School in Ikeja, Lagos, for her primary schooling.
She also holds an OND in Financial Studies from The Polytechnic, Ibadan, Oyo State.
Mercy Aigbe earned a bachelor’s degree in theater arts from the University of Lagos in 2001.
