The relationship between Katrantzou and Bulgari began in 2019 when the Italian jewelry brand lent her some of its priceless necklaces, bracelets, and earrings for a fashion show she put on in the imposing Temple of Poseidon in Athens. Cate Blanchett attended the 2020 Golden Globes wearing an amazing diamond bodice gown from the same collection as her blond hair. In 2021, Katrantzou’s collaboration with the Roman company intensified when she created a capsule line of leather handbags and jeweled minaudières that drew inspiration from the house’s renowned Serpenti symbol.
Overall, this partnership showcases the commitment of both Bulgari and Mary Katrantzou to pushing boundaries in the fashion industry and delivering exceptional quality products to their discerning clientele.
