Kiernan Forbes, popularly known as AKA, was shot dead last night, and the second man killed with him was identified as one of his best friends and former manager, Tebello ‘Tibz’ Motsoane, glamsquad reports
Tebello was with AKA and others outside Wish Restaurant when gunmen in two cars opened fire, killing both men and injuring another man who was said to be AKA’s bodyguard.
Tebello, a man who was killed alongside rapper AKA, has been identified as his former manager.
Tebello worked at AKA for many years before changing careers and becoming a chef and launching a clothing line.
When the tragic incident occurred, the duo and others had flown into Durban on Friday, February 10th to celebrate AKA’s 35th birthday and perform at a club. May their souls find peace.
