Louis Vuitton Runway Show for Paris Fashion Week FW23 Ready To Wear Collection came with a jolt of excitement as most of the designs which were displayed were to die for. Starting from the leather jacket to her colorful hand glove.

The fashion show was held in a Musée d’Orsay ballroom, with its Beaux-Arts decor serving as a counterpoint to the ambitious Philippe Parreno and James Chinlund-designed installation, which recreated a cobblestone Paris street, down to honking cars, barking dogs, and clicking heels, courtesy of sound designer Nicolas Becker.

Because he’s been finessing those elements for all these years, the “French girl look” that the entire internet is yearning for typically boils down to a strong shoulder jacket and skinny slacks.

The weird and sci-fi are no less “him,” but because they are more grounded in reality, they have a greater impact. A delicately embroidered slip dress paired with a thick hand-knit scarf thrown over the shoulder and boots is also extremely appealing.
