‘People want jobs but fail to deliver’ Kunle Afolayan laments rising incompetence in Nigeria

Nigerian actor, filmmaker, and director Kunle Afolayan has expressed frustration over what he describes as the growing incompetence in the country.

Taking to Instagram, the award-winning filmmaker highlighted the irony of many Nigerians complaining about unemployment yet failing to perform efficiently when given opportunities.

Afolayan did not hold back his disappointment, stating that the widespread lack of professionalism and dedication in various sectors deeply saddens him.

His outburst comes amid ongoing debates about work ethics and productivity in Nigeria, sparking discussions among his followers.
