Kinabuti At The National Conference On International Development Talks About Ethical Fashion And Dare2Dream.
Kinabuti, A social enterprise based in Nigeria is aimed at developing entrepreneurship among women and youths in Africa was present at the First National Conference on International Cooperation and Development organized by the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Development. The conference spanned two days of intense activities
and interchange of ideas and experiences.
The Conference was opened by Angelino Alfano, the Minister for Foreign Affairs and International Development. In his opening speech, he talked about immigration and his experience in Sicily where he had witnessed the arrival of boats. He implored the Italian government to continue supporting foreigners arriving the Italian Coastlines.
Also present at the conference was the president of Congo DRC, Faustin Archange Touadera. He addressed the crowd of a more than a thousand people which included students from universities, media entrepreneurs and experts, on the subject of cooperating together with the Italian Minister for Economic Development, Carlo Calenda and EU
Commissioner on International Development.
Letizia Moratti, an Ex Mayor of the city of Milan and President of Fondazione e4Impact, a social enterprise working with African Universities involved in developing entrepreneurship, opened the Private Sector panel on the issue of private companies and organizations, creating jobs and sustainable development.
