Tiwa Savage, a popular musician, has postponed all her upcoming engagements, including her first-ever headline stadium show in London.
The ‘Somebody’s Son’ singer revealed that she has been suffering a virus for the past three weeks and has been put on “strict vocal rest for the next few months.”
She made the announcement in a recent statement on her social media platforms.
“To my dear Savage Soldiers, I’ve been fighting off a virus for the past few weeks and was today firmly instructed to be on strict vocal rest for the next few months,” the statement stated.
“Unfortunately, I will have to cancel all of my performances, including my first-ever headline arena show in London.”
“I’m heartbroken and devastated, but I have no choice but to do this to save what’s left.”
“I’m so sorry. I love you all and promise to be back performing once I’m fully healed.”
