As the world marks International Father’s Day, one of Nigeria’s controversial actresses, Tonto Dikeh specially celebrates herself.
The mother of one took to her Instagram page to share a video of herself and her son accompanied by heartwarming words.
She wrote,

You have and will do well, Remember IT TAKES A STRONG PERSON TO BE A SINGLE PARENT AND TAKE ON TWO ROLES. Which you My dear friend have Done GREAT AT, BEING YOU (MAMADE’PAPA) IS TWICE THE WORK,
TWICE THE TEARS, TWICE THE STRESS, BUT IMPORTANTLY, TWICE THE HUGS, TWICE THE LOVE AND TWICE THE PRIDE…“Any woman can be a mom but it takes a truly formidable, strong and sassy woman to become the father of kids as well. I am glad am that woman!!

Tonto Dikeh was married to business mogul and philanthropist, Olakunle Churchill. However, they parted ways after two years. They have a son together named King-Andrea Dikeh.
Allegations of infidelity and domestic abuse were the centre of their separation. In an interview with Media Room Hub in 2017, Tonto said Rosey Meurer who was Churchill’s PA at the time was the cause of her marriage breakup noting that there was an affair between the former and her ex-husband.
Meanwhile, the actress has always faced backlash on social media over the way and manner she is training her son.
