Ibrahim Yekini, generally known as (Itele of the Icon), is a prominent Nollywood actor, writer, patron, and director who’s stylish known by 2019 hit movie”The Return of Kesari”. He was born in Kano on January 1, 1980, but raised in Lafenwa, Abeokuta North, Ogun State.
Icon Yekini was born and raised in Kano, Nigeria. He graduated from Zawaye Primary School with his first graduate certification and from Ahmadiyah Secondary Academy with his Secondary Academy certificate Examination (SSCE), after which he attended Moshood Abiola Pollearnedic in Abeokuta (MAPOLY).
CAREER
Iteseverale began his showbiz career in 1998, when he was an intern at the theater group Folorunsho Adejobi in Iju Ishaga, in the state of Lagos. Icon’s Itele made his Nollywood debut in 2000 with several Tori Ti E, in which he played a miscreant. His first movie was named”Itele”, and he was given his surname by the movie’s title.
