‘I wish I could bring my mother back to life’ – Skales

Nigerian singer Raoul John Njeng-Njeng, better known as Skales, has once again expressed his grief over the loss of his mother on social media.

The Shake Body crooner shared his heartfelt wish, longing for his late mother to come back to life.

“Men, I wish I could bring back my mother,” he wrote on X, stirring an outpouring of emotions from his fans.

Glamsquad recalls that in a recent interview with VJ Adams, the 33-year-old singer revealed that he started regretting not having children early enough before his mother died.

According to him, his mum’s death made him realise that he was the only person left in his bloodline.

He said,

“Right now, I regret not having baby mamas. I really regret it. I’m like the only person in my bloodline that is alive right now. So, the whole bloodline relies on me to produce [children].”

Skales lost his mum in October 2022.

In other news, Skales has admitted to having romantic relationships with over 100 women during a recent episode of Drip Check.

He stated, “I feel like I’ve been a father all my life. I’ve always taken care of women [laughs]. “I have dated over 100 women.”

Skales admitted that he was a toxic lover to the majority of the women he dated earlier in his career because he was young and careless.

“I did a lot of childish things. What do you expect from a teenager who is famous and has access to everything including women? There are a lot of good women that I have lost because of my childish behaviour. But because of experience, I’m becoming a better man now.”
