Glamsquad reports that Miss Universe 2021 Harnaaz Sandhu has revealed that she was “bullied” online for gaining weight.
Sandhu, who stated that she is happy with her weight, recalled how the bullying affected her deeply.
The 22-year-old model told People on Thursday, August 5;
“Physically, I’ve grown, gained pounds, and gained weight, which I’m perfectly fine with right now.”
“However, I was bullied because I was gaining weight.”

She went on to say that it was “uncomfortable and really surprising” that people had such strong feelings about her body. Despite her upbeat attitude, the harsh backlash has brought her to tears.
Sandhu stated;
“It’s not about how you look; it’s about who you are on the inside, how you treat others, and what you stand for.”
“I definitely had a lot of breakdowns.”
“Sometimes in the most unexpected circumstances.” I’m about to go on stage or something when this all comes to mind. It’s very sad.”
