‘I used ‘Brotherhood’ to test my acting skills’ – Comedian, Basketmouth

Nigerian comedian, Basketmouth has disclosed that he accepted a role in the highly successful movie ‘Brotherhood’ to challenge and assess his acting skills.

In one of his recent interviews, Basketmouth mentioned that despite not being fully committed to acting, he would contemplate returning to the screens if presented with another promising script.

He also stated that 2024 will be a year to remember because of the exciting projects he has lined up for release.

He said,

“I featured in Brotherhood because I was curious to see if I could pull it off, and I want to believe I did. I just might take a shot at acting again when I get a good script with a daring character.

“I have some exciting projects coming up. My team and I have been working tirelessly for a couple of years now preparing for 2024.

“I have been a comedian for 25 years now, and I believe it is time to explore new opportunities in movies and music.”
