I Am Not Associated With This – Rahama Sadau Denies Involvement In Tinubu’s Women Campaign Team

Nollywood actress, Rahama Sadau has reacted to the 70-page campaign document making rounds on social media about the women team of All Progressives Congress presidential candidate, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu and his Vice Kashim Shettima.

Glamsquad reported that no fewer than thirty-three Nollywood and Kannywood actors were listed for entertainment in the campaign document. Read here

Some of the celebrities listed to be part of the train include Joke Silva, Mercy Johnson, Fausat Balogun, Rahama Sadau, Remi Oshodi, Rose Odika, Sola Kosoko, Lanre Hassan (Iya Awero) Hajiya Nas, Lizzy Jay (Omo Ibadan), Princess Kalihat Bello among others.

While some of the actors and actresses have been mum on the list, Rahama Sadau has denied being part of the campaign.

The 28-year-old shared a picture of the report from Punch newspaper and noted that she was never consulted before her name was added to Tinubu/Shettima’s campaign train. She wrote,

“This is a fat big lieeeeee. I am not aware. Of this! I don’t know how my name made it to this list. I am not in any way associated with this. What happens to seeking for one’s consent? Are we starting this way?”

The campaign list, which contained names of 944 high-profile women and wives of prominent APC politicians, was released on Saturday by the campaign media admin, Rinsola Abiola, who is also the daughter of late Chief MKO Abiola.
